Shipping to non-EU countries

Prices do not include duty, customs, or tax fees for international orders. Please note these are the responsibility of the customer. We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is dispatched so you can track the progress of your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your return right, please contact us at info@open-wind.com before sending the item back.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the product price plus standard delivery costs to your original payment method within 14 days. Express shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
